FreePPP Setup Page - New...

This is the window you will see if you hit the New... button:

 

Type "On-Site - Surf NJ!" in the box and hit the OK button to go back to the FreePPP control panel. Once you get there, the PPP Server field should say "On-Site - Surf NJ!".
